Design Development

All phases of design are typically a back and forth between them. During the design development phase, the schematic design is refined and every aspect, each space is given special consideration. Consultation with users, owners or principal is important in this phase before to continue with Construction Documents.

Construction Documents

At this phase, all plans and documents necessary to communicate the project i order to start construction. The Construction Documents usually are the product of a team of several professionals with different specialties.
