This home was inspired by Tuscan country houses. Its visual language is framed by a combination of bricks and stone, along with a low-pitched tile roof. The L-shaped floor plan creates a private outdoor area that opens outward through a loggia instead of solid enclosing walls.

The large second-floor balcony allows the homeowner to enjoy a full view of the Italian garden. Solid mahogany custom doors & windows, rustic interior details with an earthy palette, a marble staircase, and iron work on balconies and interior handrails complete this design.
